I am trying to get rid of public folders in our Exchange organization. I do not know how to solve the problem:
In our current public folder-based calendar, the organizer manually adds appointments for her meetings. This way can be used for the preparation of the room. Like required catering, special equipment needed, presentation material to be prepared and so on.
With resource calendars, this possibility is gone: As the meeting in the room is the same as in the invitation send to all participants, the organizer can no longer be put there. The details are removed by the automatic calendar. We do not want all participants of the meeting to see these instructions. The organizer also organizes the calendar, because the appointment is not made by the resource calendar itself, and for obvious reasons.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?
Please help. Thanks!
I did not find the right solution from the Internet.
